Role Summary

As a Technical Operations intern with Tictag, you will plan our operational activities, develop strong operations plans, and execute them.

Your primary focus will be to ensure success in all project and tagger operations work for Tictag by engaging with internal stakeholders and pushing for efficiency across the board.

For our operations intern, we are looking for applicants who are hungry to learn and unafraid to explore new ways to improve the way we do things. You should be independent and be able to function without micromanagement, jumping right into the zone to deal with problems that arise in daily operations.

For this internship, the ability to convert to a Full-Time Position after studies/internship is highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Organize our operational process flows
  • Plan and manage new improvement initiatives.
  • Perform operational work which includes administering as game admin of Tictag.
  • Coordinate with different departments to get work done
  • Perform administrative and office duties as required
  • Identify new and exciting ways Tictag’s product can grow.
  • Project management for key initiatives
  • Build scripts that automate operations process for delivery teams

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate in any discipline is welcome to apply.
  • Able to work in an organised manner and have good time management.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enjoys and is capable of working autonomously
  • Dependable and fun.
  • Flexible in working arrangements as the Covid-19 situation develops.
  • A drive to not only be good but do good.
