Wearable tracking replaced by privacy-respecting computer-vision analytics for attendee movement and booth engagement

Tictag delivered a computer-vision analytics platform that gave the customer post-event insights on attendee movement, engagement, and booth performance — without wearables, tokens, or other intrusive tracking.

Key Challenges / Problems

Our client required a scalable and cost-effective solution to track attendee engagement, optimise layouts, and measure booth performance without employing intrusive tracking methods such as wearables or tokens. Their previous approach was labour-intensive, costly, difficult to scale across different event sizes, and prone to inaccurate data collection, which limited the reliability of insights.

Proposed Solution

Tictag proposed a computer vision-based analytics platform that utilised cameras to provide post-event insights on attendee movement, engagement, and booth interactions.
