Our origin

Tictag started with a simple observation: the AI that was supposed to run Asia's operators was trained almost entirely on North American data, and it showed. Models mis-read local signage, mis-classified local vehicles, and quietly broke on the edge cases that actually matter to the region's businesses.

So we built the company our customers needed: a data and AI partner that lives inside Asia's edge cases. A 30,000-strong tagger community across the region grounds every model we ship. That same community is how we deliver 99% TrueTag accuracy and a pathway to digital income for low-income seniors, persons with disabilities, and persons with autism. The same people who make our models work.

Today, the same tagger network that powers Changi Airport's retail analytics also creates income for communities too often excluded from the digital economy. We believe those aren't two different missions. They're the same one.
