In today’s world of AI and automation, inclusion often gets left behind. At Tictag, we believe technology should empower everyone, including persons with disabilities (PWDs). That’s why, in February 2024, we launched a meaningful partnership with SPD to bring flexible digital work opportunities to their community.

Turning Tech into Opportunity

With the Tictag app, anyone can become a Tagger. By completing simple tasks like labeling images or recording voice samples, our Taggers help train real-world AI systems. Each task offers rewards, along with a sense of achievement and purpose. And for our Taggers, it’s not just about rewards, it’s about purpose.

The First Session That Changed Everything

We remember our first session at SPD’s Ability Centre clearly. We sat side by side with new Taggers, guiding them through the app. Some were unsure at the start, but by the end of the session, their confidence grew. They were focused, engaged, and excited to contribute. That experience continues to inspire us.

Real People, Real Impact

Taggers like Mr. Low Junin have earned over $100 in their spare time. For him, it's a step into digital work and a chance to build new skills. Allan, a freelance designer in his fifties, told us that tagging keeps his mind sharp and gives him a little extra income.

Growing the Movement

Since that first step, we have worked with 19 social service organisations across the region. SPD remains one of our strongest and most valued partners. Together, we are building a community of Taggers who are proving that everyone has something important to contribute. We have expanded to clients supported by SPD in other programmes like Transition to Employment, Enabling Service Hub and those seeking open employment

A More Inclusive Tomorrow

At Tictag, we believe that technology is only truly powerful when it reflects the voices and contributions of everyone. Our Taggers, especially those from SPD, are more than just participants — they are building the foundation of smarter, more inclusive AI.

To every SPD Tagger who has taken that first step, thank you for showing what ability, resilience, and innovation look like. We are proud to walk this journey with you and excited for all that lies ahead.
