Tictag x Bizlink AI Workshops: Learning, Creating, and Exploring Together.

Last November 2025, Tictag welcomed Bizlink clients and staff for two AI workshops filled with curiosity, creativity and many meaningful moments. Participants included individuals with physical disabilities, mobility challenges, hearing impairments and intellectual disabilities. Everyone came with the same goal, which was to learn how AI can support their daily lives.

Session 1: Discovering What AI Can Do

13 November 2025

We began with simple explanations of what AI is and how tools like ChatGPT and Gemini work. When asked what they already knew about AI, one participant held up a blank whiteboard and said, “I left my whiteboard blank because I do not know anything about AI, and I want to learn.” This moment captured the spirit of the session, which was open, honest and full of curiosity.

Participants tried many activities during the workshop. These included:

• Asking ChatGPT for food recommendations and recipe ideas
• Using Gemini to create simple resumes
• Comparing answers from different chatbots

There was a funny moment when ChatGPT was asked to name Singapore’s prime minister, but it gave the name of the previous prime minister instead. This helped everyone understand why AI is helpful but not always updated or accurate.

Nothing else matters

Throughout the session, participants asked questions and stayed very engaged. Their interest showed how eager they were to understand how AI works and how they can use it in their daily routines.

Session 2: Creativity, Safety and Hands-On Practice

27 November 2025

In the second workshop, we introduced creative AI tools such as Sora and Gamma. Participants were amazed when Gamma instantly generated full presentation slides in different styles. Many reacted with a happy “Wahhh” as the slides appeared.

Despite having a weaker internet connection that day, participants were very determined to try Sora. One participant laughed when his image of a cat in a traditional Korean costume appeared, saying, “So cute leh.” By the end of the workshop, most participants managed to generate their own images.

We also covered a very important topic, which was how to avoid online scams. Participants were enthusiastic, and some even shared their own experiences. Their stories showed why digital safety is an essential skill for everyone.

Nothing else matters

After that, participants tried real tasks on the Tictag app. These included identifying healthier choice logos and checking which animal different pet treats were meant for. Some found it challenging at first, but they continued trying. One elderly participant proudly announced, “I finish already,” which brought smiles to everyone in the room.

A participant also asked how to use AI tools when they were not fluent in English or written Chinese. We explored translation and microphone functions together. The group discovered that Gemini detected Singlish more easily, while ChatGPT could converse in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. This showed how AI can support users with different language needs.

We began with a blank whiteboard and a room full of curiosity. By the end, the room was filled with new knowledge, growing confidence, and shared moments of learning.
