Role Summary

As an Operations Manager with Tictag, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. You will plan our operational activity, develop strong operations plans, manage projects and execute them. Your primary focus will be to ensure success in external projects and tagger operations work by engaging with internal stakeholders and pushing for operational efficiency across the board.

For our Operations Manager, we are looking for applicants who are hungry to learn and unafraid to explore new ways to improve the way we do things. You are resilient to pressure and nothing scares you more than a lack of challenge. You should be independent and be able to function without micromanagement, jumping right into the zone to deal with problems that arise in daily operations.

Job Description

  • Organise, create and change our operational process flows according to team needs.

  • Plan and manage new improvement initiatives.

  • Perform operational work which includes administering as game admin of Tictag.

  • Coordinate with different departments to get work done

  • Perform administrative and office duties as required

  • Identify new and exciting ways Tictag’s product can grow.

  • Project management for key initiatives

  • Build scripts that automate operations process for delivery teams


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree holder in business, operations, information systems or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of working experience in operations management related roles will be preferred.

  • Experience working in external facing roles will be a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and yet deliver quality results.

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.

  • Enjoys and is capable of working in a fast paced environment.

  • Resourceful and thinks outside the box for solutions.

  • Dependable and fun.

  • A drive to not only be good, but do good.
