On 16 September 2025, Tictag had the joy of partnering with ABLE to run a hands-on AI learning session for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and staff.
The workshop introduced participants to the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) — from understanding what AI is, to exploring practical tools like ChatGPT and Gemini.
Together, we:
- Learned how AI “thinks” by spotting patterns in data
- Explored everyday uses of Generative AI such as planning tasks, drafting messages, and practising language skills
- Discussed the strengths and limits of AI, and why human judgement is always key
- Experimented with AI tools in small groups, sparking plenty of curiosity and conversation
Most importantly, the session was about empowerment — showing how AI can be a helpful companion in both work and daily life, while keeping the human touch at the heart of it all.
A big thank you to our friends at ABLE for co-creating this meaningful learning journey with us, and to all participants for your energy, ideas, and openness to explore something new.
Here’s to building an inclusive, AI-ready future together.
This project is part of the AI Opportunity Fund: Asia-Pacific, in collaboration with AVPN and supported by Google.org and the Asian Development Bank.
